removed malware now need Winsock Fix every day

We removed malware from my computer a few weeks ago here. Since then I have to run WinsockFix XP to get on the internet and that lasts about 10 minutes or so and then connectivity is gone? We couldn't figure out what the issue was before but I thought I'd ask again...nothing's changed.

Restart your machine normally and see if there's any change.

I did that and it was still not able to connect to the internet with out running a Winsock Fix
