Trojan Zlob.G Pop Ups

I started getting popup "Security Center Alert ---->Trojan Zlob.G" since yesterday.

I ran McAfee 2008 antivirus and 'Spybot Search and Destroy' scan but was not able to get rid of it. The pop up still keeps coming up and redirects me to download 'Defender 2009'. I have McAfee security center running but still this was able to get in. How can I get rid of this and prevent this from happening in future?
