TROJAN.ZLOB.G

On Saturday evening I clicked on a website, Liquid Generation...then my computer turned off, rebooted and ever since I'm getting a security pop up saying that i'm infected with Trojan.zlob.g. When I open my homepage it says "insecure internet activity. Threat of virus attack." it then gives me the option of purchasing 2009 microsoft defender OR continuing on without fixing it......Help! How do I get rid of this thing.....I'm posting my hijack log below...

• Download combofix from here, use the top links - combofix.exe
  
• Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:
  
• ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed.
