Trojan.Zlob.G...

I get the popups that tell me that I have this trojan every time I turn on the computer. Also, when I try to click on anything, it would usually just freeze.. The internet doesn't even work right now even if I could open up firefox. Sorry, I cannot provide a log or anything... I've already scanned my computer with malwarebytes' anti malware and various other programs on safe mode.

I typed this up on my other computer. If you can help, then thank you. If you can't then may you please tell me how to reformat? I'm not close to being a computer regular..

Also using windows xp 2000 home edition
