Mircosoft Office 2007

My cousins bought a new laptop the other day.

For some reason ms office does not work, it's installed properly and i have inserted the key properly also.

But i cannot type anything.

Waht can be the problem?

The key might be used on another computer? Are the options on the menu bar all greyed out?

If it is, it can be launched, but all the features are locked, you can only open .doc files.

i cant click on them....

Yeah, most probably. It is either cracked, or the key has been used before. Can you show me a screenshot of the menu?

hmmm.... the person lives a few miles from me... it's 12 in the night here....
