Sinowal.Trojan - What do I do to remove it?

I got a message from windows security center alert saying that I have Sinowal.Trojan and shortly after my firewall was turned off and my computer suddenly restarted on it's own. I'm not really sure what to do...Right now I'm running avast! anitivirus. After looking through some sites, I ran a Hijack scan because I read that that was something I should do. I don't know much about computers. What do I do now to make sure it's all removed? Some help please! Thank you.

Please disable Ad-Watch, as it may hinder the removal of some HijackThis entries. You can re-enable it after your computer is clean.

To disable Ad-Watch:

1. Right click on the Ad-Watch icon in the system tray and select "Restore Ad-Watch".
2. At the bottom of the screen there will be two checkable items called "Active" and "Automatic".

Active: Switches Monitoring On or Off without closing
Automatic: Switches Automatic Blocking On or Off

3. Uncheck (red X) both items.

• Open HijackThis
  
• Choose "Do a system scan only"

• Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:
  
• ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed.
  ***It's strongly recommended to have the Recovery Console installed before doing any malware removal.***
  
  **Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will automatically proceed with its scan.
