my posting has dissappeared... i think

i have received a welcome and my profile exists( i registered yesterday as i need help!)...but i cant see my posting this morning. I have searched under author ..and nothing comes up. can you help?

i am trying to remove win32/nuqel.e abd bankerfox virus. I have tried the suggestions for "prior to posting your query".... but i cant get any of these to work due to the viruses.
