Download ATF Cleaner

• Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
  
• Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
  
• Click the Empty Selected button.
  
• Close ATF-Cleaner.exe.
  

I did that, restarted and can't connect to the internet again. I was just on a minute ago. And that file was not in C:\windows (it was on the other computer)

Argh again.
Can you try the winsock fix you did on your own and see what happens?
