How To Prevent Cortana From Uploading Your Notifications To Cloud For Windows 10
Microsoft is making sure Cortana plays a big role on any device it is on, and specially if you are running Windows 10. As Cortana is deeply integrated with the PC and Windows Phone ecosystem, they often work in a combined way, when logged in using the same Microsoft account to provide you a seamless service. Suppose you are working on your Windows 10 PC and your Windows Phone is on low charge, Cortana will notify you on your Windows 10 PC, that your phone battery is running low. Similarly, it will alert you about missed calls, messages, app notifications etc. For this feature to work Cortana uploads your notifications to Cloud. If you want to stop this, then follow the steps below.

1. Press Windows + I keys to open Settings app.
2. Click on Cortana.
3. In the left panel, click on Cortana across my devices.
4. In the right panel, click on Manage Notifications option.
5. Start Menu opens. You will find the option Upload notifications from this PC to the cloud. Click on it.
6. The options open. Turn off the Upload notifications from this PC to the cloud setting.
