How to Opt out of Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) in Windows 10

The Customer Experience Improvement Program was found on previous versions of Windows operating system. It was an opt-in program that collects and sends to Microsoft detailed information on your hardware configuration, how you use their products, as well as limited information on software developed by third-parties that you use. The opt-in CEIP has been replaced by opt-out diagnostics in Windows 10. although we have discovered that "IP Helper" service is likely using CEIP. It is strongly recommended to opt-out of CEIP.

3. In right pane locate Turn off Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program and double click it to open its properties.

4. Select Enabled option and click Apply and OK to save changes.
