How to Turn Off Tailored Experiences With Diagnostic Data in Windows 10
Microsoft collects Windows diagnostic data to keep Windows up-to-date, secure, and operating properly. Starting with Windows 10, version 1703, a new privacy setting called “tailored experiences”, can be used to provide more relevant tips and recommendations to tailor Microsoft products to the user’s needs.
This tutorial will show you how to turn off tailored experiences with diagnostic data for your account in Windows 10.
The "Tailored experiences with diagnostic data" can be turn off during Windows Setup.
When you get to Choose privacy settings for your device during Windows Setup while doing a clean install of Windows 10, you can turn off the Tailored experiences with diagnostic data privacy setting.

1. Opens Settings app by pressing Windows + I keys.
2. Click Privacy.
3. Click on Feedback & diagnostics on the left side, and turn off Let Microsoft provide more tailored experiences with relevant tips and recommendations by using your diagnostic data on the right side.
To Turn Off Tailored experiences with diagnostic data using a batch script file, click the button and extract the Turn_OFF_Tailored_experiences_with_diagnostic_data.bat batch script file from the .zip archive file and double click Turn_OFF_Tailored_experiences_with_diagnostic_data.bat batch script file.
