Make sure Microsoft WWA Host (WWAHost.exe) file has a permission from Firewall to make outbound network connections to the internet.

Follow the following steps to allow a program to communicate through Windows Firewall.

2. In the left pane, click Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall.
