How to Fix Monitor Display Turned Black and White (grayscale) in Windows 10
While working on your Windows 10 PC, the screen switched from color to black and white, or grayscale, like in the screenshot below.
If you have no idea what's caused this and restarting Windows 10 also installing latest version of graphic card drive does not fix the problem.
Pressing the following keyboard shortcut: Windows + CTRL + C. Your screen should gets back to color again.
This keyboard shortcut enables or disables color filters for the screen.
These are created for people with sight problems so that they can enable a certain filter and better see what is on the screen.
Open Settings and go to Ease of Access to disable the active grayscale color filter.
Then, in the column on the left, choose Color & high contrast.
On the right side of the Settings window, look for the switch that says Apply color filter, and set it to Off.
This should fix the problem.
