1. Open Microsoft Edge Settings and choose what to show when Edge starts up, such as the New tab page or a specific page of your choice.
2. To start up with Bing search, select 'A specific page or pages'. Enter Bing.com into input box. Save the Bing search by clicking floppy disk icon.
