Sometimes, ScanPST.exe fails to reconstruct damaged blocks of a PST file.
As an alternative solution, you can create new Outlook profile. Know about the predefined steps, mentioned below:
· Start>Control Panel> Mails> Data Files>Give a name to it and click Ok
· Select the newly created PST file as default, Check Outlook if this helps
