Acer 5734Z lap top inverter board voltage AC or DC

I have a black screen on my Acer 5734Z lap top, I replaced the inverter board twice the first-time it worked for 2 months now out black, I replaced it again new board and nothing yet I can see through the screen with a flashlight its working no back light so I want to check the voltage out red and white wires to the screen how many volts should be there inverter board voltage AC or DC ?

Attach the positive (red) probe to Pin 1 on the inverter board. There are two power cables connected to each end of the inverter board. Pin 1 is a small piece of metal protruding from the upper right-hand corner of the inverter board. Touch the negative (black) probe to any bare screw on the LCD screen. Turn on the LCD screen and wait for the Multimeter to take a reading. If there is absolutely no activity on your multimeter, that means your inverter board is bad.
