I just did a restore with my dell with winsdows xp 2000  and  I cant get on the net work that is already there and working because Im missing the driver in device manager for Network adaptors, can I download one from microsoft drivers   or an identical working computer and  install it on a flash drive then into my computer device manager ?

good news I found dell support drivers on line how ever I tried to download one into my flash drive and it jst wouldnt do anything ,what can I do to get a driver downloaded to my flash drive to install it later on another computer that needs this network driver

Well, you can't download the network drivers to flash drive and performs multiple installations on verious computers. Dell used to scan your system to find the correct version of networks drivers and which works best in your case.

Different PC have different sets of requirements and you always need to perform this online step to find any specific set of network drivers for that particular computer system.

If you still not found the drivers you're looking for, consider visiting the download center at Dell and follow steps.

Alternatively, you can take support from Dell Pros and ask them to sort this out for you.
