Can not load computer I am guessing partition is missing and not sure how to get there to fix it
windows loads to start up screen then says it has error hit enter to restart and finish downloading can anyone help no cd's came with this and it is only 3 months old acer wants to charge 150 to give me a fix.
already tried setting it back to factory to no avail.
