Random glitchy screen

Hello, there seem's to be a problem with my pc but not a regular problem such as a virus no this is even worse. My computer is high speed, protected browse's the internet no problem, but there's one thing when i try to play a online game (Any online game) the screen immediately turns black and white after a few secend's it turns off and turns on again, i have to start it up with "safe mode" but when the computer turns on its still flashing "some" white and black. Please help this is only for the online game's but youtube, google works etc etc. Please help.

This looks like a hardware problem. I'm going to move this thread to the hardware forum. In the meantime, you could try another monitor to see if that clears up the problem.
