I am using an old Windows XP2002 machine; since my new one is in the shop.
This machine already had Office 07 on it; I updated it to Office 2010.
Because I was trying to get a wireless card to work on this machine and COULDN'T and began to seemingly mess things up; I decided to do a System Restore.
Well it took off the MS Office 2010; but now 07 doesn't work. It continues to say
"Preparing to Install", when I click on WORD.
When I click on Outlook the message says the setup controller has encountered a problem during install. Please review thelog files for futher information on the error.
Please help because I can't get any work done now!! Thanks for all that you do!
