Acer Laptop goes to a black screen after windows starts

My Acer laptop isnt working as soon as i turn it on it was saying start up repair and fix it ,now it says start up repair can't automaticly fix this computer and to send windows info then goes straight to black screen and when i start it normally it goes to start windows then the black screen i dont know what to do now it will work in safe mode w/networking thank you ahead if time for any help .

Hi, If you have the disks that came with your computer, you can boot to one of them and try to do a System Restore to an earlier time. If you didn't receive disks with the computer, it should have come with instructions on how to make them yourself.

You might be able to boot to the recovery partition. I think it's F12 or Alt-F10. So try hitting those keys when booting your computer.

You want to get to the menu that has the repair options.

Hello there, this issue sounds like you might be missing some critical startup files.

There two possibilities for this:

• Your computer's hard drive has been in operation for a long time might now be failing.
  
• You might have picked up piece of malware.
  

Fortunately, because your computer will work in safemode, I would like you to read this topic.

thanks but i already did a recovery but now it freezes when i play videos or music and makes a load buzzing sound were the word of the music sound like a slow demon i think its the graphics not really sure

Hey there, even though nothing can be assumed, I am now leaning towards hard drive failure for your issue. Usually video and audio will do that in this case because some of it is being stored in the hard drive.

I recommend a replacement hard drive as soon as possible.
