Possible virus Re-Directs and running sluggish

How is your computer running now?

Sorry for the delay, but its seems to be running okay. I do still get a lot of programs "not responding", but that could just be possibly the damage to the computer overtime? There also seems to be really excessive advertisements throughout websites that seem a bit to much to be just the normal. For ex: Craigslist there is like a top page bar ad every 3 to 4 post, also you tube when im trying to watch a video. There usually is about 17 little videos ads that start playing down the side of the page where other related videos usually are. Again its possible these websites are just using some new advertisements but like i was saying just seems a bit to excessive for the normal.
