Hello. I'm ashamed to say that once again, I have stumbled upon another problem... I hope you guys are still willing to help!
So earlier I was trying to do a full scan with Malwarebytes. The scan worked fine for 21 minutes until an error message popped (one which said "Malwarebytes has encountered a problem" and offered to send error report). I clicked on "Don't Send", then immediately after that another error message emerged, this time for Dr. Watson postmortem debugger. MBAM became non-responsive and I had to use task manager to close it. When I tried to run MBAM again, it said "Malwarebytes is already running". After restarting my PC, I tried a quick scan but the same problem occurred after like 7 minutes.
Avast full scan gave a result of no infections.
About two weeks ago, avast detected a threat (malware I think) from the web and blocked it. I scanned with MBAM and fixed the threat (which was just 1 file). Last Monday, avast blocked another threat but I haven't got the chance to scan my PC with MBAM until today. But that crash problem happened...
Is this because of an infection or some other things? Either way, I've included an OTL log.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
EDIT: It keeps saying "uploaded file is not valid" for the .txt log file. I've tried zipping it, copying the contents into a new .txt but no positive results. So I uploaded it to mediafire.
