Hi. Quick Question

Hello just wanted to introduce myself. Already enjoying the website set up and stuff. So straight to the point i downloaded a program called game booster to set my cpu to a higher performance. So i started the program and the first thing it does is scan my computer(hard drive). Of course i didn't want something scanning my computer so i ended the process right away but still afraid something spread to my hard drive. I just heard u guys would be able to check and let me know if i do have a virus or not.
I was just curious on where i can start and the process of how this works.

There's a Read Me there with instruction on how to proceed. You need to run some scans and post the logs. It's all spelled out in the Read Me sticky.
