Some typed letters not showing up in documents.

Seem to be having an issue with my pc dropping letters that I have typed into the keyboard. Any ideas as to what may be causing this? Any help is appreciated

7. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.

If you can't access the internet with your infected computer you will have to download and transfer any programs to the computer you're using now and transfer them to the infected computer with a CD-RW or a USB storage device. I prefer a CD because a storage device can get infected. If you use a storage device hold the shift key down while inserting the USB storage device for about 10 secs. You will also have to transfer the logs you receive back to the good computer using the same method until we can get the computer back on-line.

This sounds like a keyboard problem. Have you tried another keyboard?

I have not tried another keyboard. I will do that ASAP.

In addition to the dropping of letters during typing the system has since become very slow in responding to internet page changes. It seems to not be responding to my mouse clicks but it is as the windows wait circle is spinning in to tool bar.
