Hi I have a dell inspiron that runs windows 7, and i I've been trying to get this issue taken care of all day. I play this MMORPG called LaTale, and last night there was a update and now I can't log into the game because of this error message: "A cabinet file for installation cannot be trusted. Please verify the Cryptographic Services are enabled and the cabinet file certificate is valid" I looked it up on google and found out that it's a DirectX issue so I figured it needed to be updated so I downloaded the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer, but every time I try to use it it fails and I still get the same error message. I even went to the control panel - admin tools - services - Cryptographic Services properties and made sure it was set to automatic and still nothing. Honestly I've run out of options and ideas on what to do so I knew it was time to get help from here. I hope this is the right place for my issue. if not I'm sorry.. just really getting annoyed with this issue. PLEASE HELP!!!
