When I try to run the computer in normal mode and safe mode I get

STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x86f4DB00, 0C0000102, 0x00000000)

Help please!

Thanks!

Any chance to start up from a bootdisk like Hiren's and check for viruses or something nasty like that? you can download it from:
http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/ if you don't have another computer at hand, maybe someone else can get you this BootCD.
Or try to boot from your systemDVD and choose the repair option.
did you add any new hardware or software just before your computer wouldn't startup any more?

Computer is no longer needed. Got a newer one to replace it. It was time for it to go away. Smile... I did happen to repair it on my own.

Got my OS disc let the computer boot off of that
Pushed R for repair
Then it took me to a prompt (black screen) of what I wanted to do
Typed CHKDSK /P. Allowed it to run and it fixed.
