New ideas for networking

Hi,
I've been reading recently (see here:Storm Driver blog) about some new ideas for networking platforms. And I started wondering why some of them are more successful than others?

Have you ever thought about the recipe for the success? Do you think we will be surprised, amazed, and totally knocked down by another bright idea that will conquer all up-to-date social networking achievements?

is there a fix for the Google chrome  this site cant't be reached ?
