I am not sure what the problem is with this laptop. We get a message upon boot up and when accessing programs that says C:Programfiles\MicrosoftOffice\Office12\GrooveUtil.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Also when we right click on Computer to go to Computer Management we get the same error many times and just have to click ok over and over before it takes us to Computer Management and then we get the message MMS can not create the snap-in. The computer will also periodically freeze. We have run several virus programs to see if that is a reason but they all comeback with zero viruses etc. We have run Malawarebytes, McAfee and OTL. No errors or viruses. Any suggestions???
