The lastest Dreamweaver Software

I'm a amature when it comes to building websites.
I was after the latest version of Dreamweaver.
But see many versions of the software and a bit confussed with what version to get.
I was wondering if anyone could help me with which version to get.
I don't wish to use it profesionaly, would like to keep it simple.
Don't want the budget version, maybe the middle of the range type of stuff, providing I will use it.
Can anyone help?
