Need help using Spybot - Search & Destroy

Yesterday, while browsing the internet this message popped up "Hard drive failure the system has detected a problem with one or more installed ide sata hard disks". It then asked me to restart my computer and I did. When I turned my computer back on the screen was black and it wanted me to purchase something. I restarted in safe mode and was able to do a system restore. I restored the system to a month earlier. Everything is working find now but I wanted to do a little cleaning. I first downloaded avg and did a scan. It found four threats. Now I'm trying to use Spybot Search & Destroy. I've done the scan in Spybot but now I keep getting this pop up asking to allow or deny change. I've clicked allow about 30 times but it continues to come back. Could you explain if I'm doing something wrong? Thanks

On the Spybot, isn't there a check box to remember the action?

That is one of the bad malware that cripple your machiine...

If you can get the combo fix, it should remove it...

It takes awhile to scan and repair but is worth it...
