Hello CVF123,

A little more information would be appreciated.

When did this issue start? What was the last thing you did before receiving this error? Was anything installed prior to the issue? What OS are you running? Has it happened in the past?

Please provide specs on your system. Gives an idea on your build.

Thanks.

Thank you for your reply.

This issue had been happened several times since a year ago. Then, I sent my pc to format and the problem stopped.
Recently, this issue happened again, i dunno what to do to resolve this problem.
My computer will restart automatically every time I opened it. Then, I tried to reopen my pc until it wont restart again.
Sometimes I experienced blue screen and screen lag on my pc.
Sometimes there's also few horizontal lines on my screen at startup and was unable to access desktop.
I had done chkdsk and memory diagnostic tools but no error was found.
Nothing was installed before this issue happened again.

Its going to be a tough to find the root cause and rectify due to conditions that can be caused by various sources. I probably won't be able to help solve your issue, but I'll try to work with you to the best of my ability.

What graphics card are you using? NVidia has been well known for having issues making
their graphics card drivers fully compatible with Vista. Have you updated your graphics card drivers lately? Also Windows update?

Was any graphics GUI settings adjusted prior to this issue occurring?
