Help

Hi, I was on google searching for tickets for NYC - anyway, computer froze up - so I had to turn it off. Anway, have had many viruses before and have been pretty good about getting rid of them but this one is a killer. Okay when it goes into Windows normally its tells me my dell dock language is missing and on my desktop - dell, microsoft office, etc., shows empty. It won't let me run maleware bytes tell me there is something wrong with or access any other anti-virus programs.

So I have tried safemode with networking, with commands - nothing... tried to run runkill, won't let me do anything keeps shutting me down. Does anyone know what type of virus this is?

P.S. Strange thing anything I am getting a virus my java screen comes up - this time it did not.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
