how to i get the information i backed up with dell datasafe

My computer wouldn't boot on startup, so I tried many things and wouldn't even boot into safe mode. Then, I used Dell Datasafe by when pressing power, jamming the f8 button and clicking the first option to give me recovery tools. And then using dell datasafe. After doing this, it said it backed up my files and then it reinstalled my computer. Where are my files and how do i get them?

Dell DataSafe is an online storage service. I believe if you purchase a new dell computer it ships with this and has a preloaded username/password or on some documention. You'll want to check all your papers and everything that came with your computer or contact Dell on how to find this.
