Computer has crashed. Win.32 fail?

Hey guys, I have no idea what happened. I was actually looking for something in my history on Firefox when all of the sudden my computer froze. I had to force to shut it down. Then a blue screen came up trying to fix things and froze again. I had to force to shut it down again. Once it restarted, it is acting very slow and a "failure to install" comes up. Then a warning about my Win.32 comes up and says I need to report it to Microsoft. My firefox would open and I would go on the internet for about 2 min. before everything freezes again. So I go back into my office to see what it is doing and the whole screen is black with only my cursor showing. This is my work computer so I am freaking out.
