virus attached to a new laptop

new dell laptop and it has two virus's that want me to buy anti-virus cd's. they are popping up at one minute intervals. i bought a norton anti-viral but it is still happening. i want to clean out the laptop back to three weeks ago when i bought it but i do not know how.

You don't have to do a system restore. You can get help getting the rogue removed.
