MS Removal Tool will not be removed

Can anyone please help me? The problem is on my wifes pc, I have searched and tried all suggestions including the fix from this forum. It is not possible to access the internet in any mode and introducing malware bytes via usb does not work either. It seems that each time I try a fix it knows what I am trying to do. Obviously I am unable to access this site from my wifes pc so unable to download required software to help you

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
