Thank you both - I have another question, and possible issue. It seems the up-dates are taking way too long to load - It has been at 25% (it says 2 or 4) for a few hours now - Is this normal, or is something else bogging it down? Also, when I came over a few minutes ago to check the progress (which is the same) there was a "Registry Mechanic" window on top of the Window up-date - I closed it off, but not sure why it was there, or if it will show back up? Thanks again for your help!

Try cancelling the update and try updating again.

Still stuck in the same place this morning Indifferent or Blank tried to stop installation, but it's not responding. Will try the steps you recommend first (when I get time) if not solved how do I go about having one of your staff check it out? Thanks again for all the help, it is much appreciated!
