Problem: Whenever I'm doing something, I'll eventually run into the same problem where the CPU suddenly spikes up and the audio/video starts stuttering.
The worst I've seen it happen is when I'm playing online video games (and I have the settings lowered as much as possible for the game). How do I fix this? I've copied and pasted below my computer info if it helps.
