Hello,

Problem:
Whenever I'm doing something, I'll eventually run into the same problem where the CPU suddenly spikes up and the audio/video starts stuttering.

The worst I've seen it happen is when I'm playing online video games (and I have the settings lowered as much as possible for the game). How do I fix this? I've copied and pasted below my computer info if it helps.

Windows Edition----------

Windows vista home premium
service pack 2

Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM)2 Duo CPU T5450 @ 1.66 GHz 1.67 GHz

Hi,
It look like problem with hardware. You should check graphic card with some of popular programs GPU-Z and check CPU too with CPU-Z. I'm pretty sure that you have overheating or something similar, but anyway, your computer warm too much and you get that problem. Avoid playing games till you fix problem.

I suggest you to open the case of HP computer and clean dust, cooler, etc.. If you are not sure how to do that, call some PC Service or somebody of your friend who know how to open that thing.

Regards,
