Why is lan always says it is connected at 100 mbps?

Your motherboard support 1 gbps ? What speed do you want ?

i play for 2m6kb...

Anyway, I0m using 100 mbps too, but my motherboard support 1000 mbps too. I just have to buy router with 1000 mbps and I can use it as LAN.
