I have a dell with windows xp that has the Hard Drive Diagnostic virus and I cannot access my desktop. I've tried starting the computer nomal, last known good configuration, and all safemode configurations, all to no avail. I always end up in what appears to be safe mode and I can't get past the windows boot failure and disk diagnostics windows. There is nothing on my desktop. Can anyone help?
