script error

I keep getting this script error every once in awhile while operating my laptop. It reads: file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Dell%20Support%20Center/sscommon/common/inc/ss_shellinclude.js...script error on page do you want to continue running scripts on this page. What does this mean and why does it come up? Can it be fixed?

Click here to download HJTInstall.exe

• Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
  
• Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
  
• By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
  
• Click on Install.
  
• It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
  
• Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
  
• Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
  
• Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
  
• Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
  
• DO NOT have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
  

Also, I would like you to generate a "Add/Remove Software list" log using the HijackThis application. Here is how you can do this:

To get an Uninstall List from HijackThis:

• Open HijackThis, click Config, click Misc Tools
  
• Click "Open Uninstall Manager"
  
• Click "Save List" (generates uninstall_list.txt)
  
• Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.

Do you use these below:

Dell DataSafe Local Backup
Dell DataSafe Local Backup - Support Software
Dell Getting Started Guide
Dell Support Center (Support Software)

They are all installed on my laptop but I dont really use them.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

Please remove these entries from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel:

Dell DataSafe Local Backup
Dell DataSafe Local Backup - Support Software
Dell Getting Started Guide
Dell Support Center (Support Software)

Restart your computer. The script error should be gone....
