Winblue Soft Removal for Windows 7 (I can't run any ".exe" files)

If anyone has any advice about how to pursue this I will be very grateful. I have tried to follow the threads in regards to downloading any of the anti-malware programs to no avail as I can't run any of the program executables after I download them. I would much appreciate any advice! Thanks in advance!

Please download OTL to your Desktop. (If you already have it downloaded, then just follow the instructions below).

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.

• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) and paste (Edit->Paste) the contents of these files, one at a time

I appreciate the advice. When I downloaded OTL and double clicked to run/install I got the following message: "Warning! Application cannot be executed. The file wermgr.exe is infected. Please activate your antivirus software."

Basically, another ".exe" that it won't let me run. Hmmm.....

FYI: Sneakyone is offline due to internet problems. He asked me to step in here. Did you try the alternate versions at the bottom of the post?

Sorry I missed that! I have attached the two files (combined as OTL AND EXTRAS.TXT) as they exceeded the space requirements of this window.

Rename ComboFix.exe to commy.exe before you save it to your Desktop

• Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools A guide to do this can be found here
  
• Click Start then copy paste the following command into the search box & hit enter: "%userprofile%\desktop\commy.exe" /stepdel
  
• As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. This will not install in Vista. Just continue scanning, and skip the console install.
  
• When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the contents of C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

WIN BLUE SOFT is not letting me download anything. I tried all 3 sites to no avail.
