Bad image error can't open programs

hello i am inedhelpz[it felt appropriate to use this name] xD and i can't open any programs, other than avast, firefox and some smaller programs such as VLC media player. Everytime i try to open something it says; C:\windows\system32\USERNV.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try using the installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Please help i don't know what to do. I've also tried running MBAM to try and fix it but it says; An error has occured.Please report this error code to support team MBAM_ERROR_EXPANDING_VARIABLES(0.48) so i can't open or unistall to see if it works and take out any viruses.
Also if you need to know this only started happening when i was playing WoW and my computer suddenly froze for an hour so i shut it off manually then this started happeneing.

EDIT: i also forgot to mention because of this i can't view most videos and pictures [smiley faces are fine tho]

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
  

I open OTL but not before closing around 20-30 bad image things, then OTL opens.When i press run scan it does the bad image thing and doesn't close unless i close OTL. q.Q

• Please download DDS by sUBs to your Desktop (Important!!) from one of these locations:

• Double click DDS.scr to run.
  
• When complete, two logs will open. Save both of the report to your Desktop.
  
• Copy and paste BOTH LOGS back here, use more than one post if needed.
  

OMG this one won't work either. It does the bad image thing and i keep on closing it. Then it stops for like a second or two but just noticeably that you think it's going to stop but then it say's "the procedure * [or maybe something else it's too small to see] could not be located in the DLL WINTRUST.dll

We are going to be using a Windows Recovery Environment to help disinfect the system so it may boot again.

Download the OTLPE Standard REATOGO Windows Recovery Environment.

• Place a blank CD-R disc in to your CD burning drive.
  
• Download OTLPEStd.exe and double-click on it to burn to a CD using ISO Burner.
  
• Reboot your system using the boot CD you just created.
  
  Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps here
  
• Your system should now display a REATOGO-X-PE desktop.
  
• Double-click on the OTLPE icon.
  
• When asked "Do you wish to load the remote registry", select Yes
  
• When asked "Do you wish to load remote user profile(s) for scanning", select Yes
  
• Ensure the box "Automatically Load All Remaining Users" is checked and press OK
  
• OTL should now start. Change the following settings
  

• Change Drivers to Non-Microsoft
  
• Press Run Scan to start the scan.
  
• When finished, the file will be saved in drive C:\_OTL\MovedFiles
  
• Copy this file to your USB drive if you do not have internet connection on this system
  
• Please post the contents of the OTL.txt file in your reply.
