Antivira Av

Hello just got infected by the Antivira Av in the morning. I just got rid of it following the instruction of this website. Thanks !
But now I'm having the problem of getting back onto the internet with the LAN settings. I can only get online with the Lan settings Proxy server disabled
Please Help

I followed all the instructions and downloaded all the needed updates, but after all that now I can't even access the internet with the Lan Setting proxy server check or unchecked...

Do you have another machine you can download tools from? Perhaps you can use that to download OTL?
