HP laptop can only run in safe mode

When I start up in normal mode it runs for less than 5 3 mins and then goes to blue screen with this message, but in safe mode it runs fine with the exception of no sound....

Error Msg:

Also I ran the HDD Self Test and:

Short test seemed fine

Long test Failed

I also now have almost 10GB of new directories on my hard drive label like 20 numbers
