i just went onto my computer today and i keep having this pop-up in the corner of my computer that says "windows security alert" and it says my computer is infected and when i pick it it opens a fake virus scanner that keeps recommending me to goto their website protectep.com and download their virus remover
it wont let me open task manager i cant goto any website on my internet explorer except protectep.com and i cant open almost any program right now im on fire fox and it works but when i goto download a virus remover it trys to make me download a different file. i cant even goto system restore...

so i was wondering if there is any way to fix this problem or report their website or something can someone help me out here?
