Hi,
I thought its just a sever side issue but seeing that it loads correctly im my mobile, its started to bugging me. I don't know why but everytime i visit here, site doesn't load accurately.
Ive tried clearing cache, disabling add-ons, different browsers, even tried in a VM, but no joy.
Below is the pic attached as how the site loads for me.
Any ideas guys?

Are you blocking scripts? All of our images on our forums load by scripts.

@Crush
Have tried FF, Chrome and IE.
@Jay
I do have Noscript installed but GP is "allow all this page".

Wait, do I have to have Java installed and its plugin installed for GP to load correctly?

Try clearing your cache. Java doesn't need to be installed for GP.

    * Clean your Cache and Cookies in IE:
    Close all instances of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer
    Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > General tab
    Click the "Delete Cookies" button
    Next to it, Click the "Delete Files" button
    When prompted, place a check in: "Delete all offline content", click OK

    * Clean your Cache and Cookies in Firefox (In case you also have Firefox installed):
    Go to Tools > Options.
    Click Privacy in the menu on the left side of the Options window.
    Click the Clear button located to the right of each option (History, Cookies, Cache).
    Click OK to close the Options window
    Alternatively, you can clear all information stored while browsing by clicking Clear All.
    A confirmation dialog box will be shown before clearing the information.

    * Clean other Temporary files + Recycle bin
    Go to start > run and type: cleanmgr and click ok.
    Let it scan your system for files to remove.
    Make sure Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Recycle Bin are the only things checked.
    Press OK to remove them.

Didn't work too. Sad tearing

Ok, this is really strange and weird as well. The page loads fine if I:

1. Use 'Your Freedom' (Proxy tunneling Software) and configure FF to use 127.0.0.1:8080

2. Use OpenVPN and connect directly to internet ('No proxy' selected in FF).

But loads awfully if I connect directly using my Dial-up connection without using any of the above mentioned software.

I don't wish to use those apps as the speed is really slow, very slow.

This is incorrect syntax.

The correct syntax to use, and you can try it again if you want:

ipconfig /flushdns

@Jay
Ya knew that. And have already tried that but no joy.

Ok cool.

In Firefox, put in about:config in to the address bar, and hit enter.

Type in the Filter: box this:

content.notify.interval
Set the value to 500000 exactly.

Then, right click and create a New > Boolean value... name it content.notify.ontimer and set it to True

Let me know if this works.

Ok will try that. Thanks. Btw any idea about that Your freedom and OpenVPN things?

Actually, this will probably need to be created:

content.notify.interval

as a string value set to

500000
