ok im back with another problem. this sight just help me fix my kids cpu now mine has started acting strange try to restore to last good config and this is all i get "C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/OSK.EXE" everytime i try to start any program. it wont even let me download the otl so i can post a log can someone please help please. I also get a RUNDL32.EXE messege when i try to go into ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAM

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.

• Please be patient while the program looks for various malware programs and ends them.
  
• When it has finished, the black window will automatically close and you can continue with the next step.
  

NOTE: If you get a message that rkill is an infection, do not be concerned. This message is just a fake warning given by the rogue program, when it terminates programs that may potentially remove it. If you run into these infections warnings that close Rkill, a trick is to leave the warning on the screen and then run Rkill again. i can not download any of those it keeps redirecting me to the FILE EXTENSION SCREEN

We are going to be using a Windows Recovery Environment to help disinfect the system so it may boot again.

Download the OTLPE Standard REATOGO Windows Recovery Environment.

• Place a blank CD-R disc in to your CD burning drive.
  
• Download OTLPEStd.exe and double-click on it to burn to a CD using ISO Burner.
  
• Reboot your system using the boot CD you just created.
  
  Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps here
  
• Your system should now display a REATOGO-X-PE desktop.
  
• Double-click on the OTLPE icon.
  
• When asked "Do you wish to load the remote registry", select Yes
  
• When asked "Do you wish to load remote user profile(s) for scanning", select Yes
  
• Ensure the box "Automatically Load All Remaining Users" is checked and press OK
  
• OTL should now start. Change the following settings
  

• Change Drivers to Non-Microsoft
  
• Press Run Scan to start the scan.
  
• When finished, the file will be saved in drive C:\_OTL\MovedFiles
  
• Copy this file to your USB drive if you do not have internet connection on this system
  
• Please post the contents of the OTL.txt file in your reply.
  

bios doesnt come up so i cant even boot the cd. it just goes straight to windows set up and from there i cant do anything. all my icons look like read if that makes any sense only thing that looks normal is the ie icon.

Please download SilentRunners

Unzip it to the desktop and double-click on Silent Runners.vbs.

If you get any kind of warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run.
When the scan is finished, a message will pop up and a log file will have been created on your Desktop.
Please post the entire contents of the log in your next reply.

ok that didnt work either. the only thing i can do is surf web. cant dl, cant dl from another cpu and put on mine no program will run.
