very new and in need of help against the axel.dav virus

i am sorry if this is not the correct way to get help i have a brain injury from being hit by a car my computer has an axel.dav virus and i can not get rid of it i was laid off of work over christmas so i can not afford an expensive purchase please help
i can only use the library computer at certain times
